Hi there, I’ve been using disqus popular threads widget and it works great, thanks. Two things: how do I style the “>” that shows up before the post title? ( > Post Title )
And, how do I remove the post date from the comment section? (12 comments · 4 days ago)
Hey, thanks for using this plugin.
1. The “>” that you’re talking about isn’t in this plugin. I guess it’s in your WordPress theme, so you need to change to theme CSS to style it. I tried to see that but I saw that your website isn’t live.
2 It’s something which this widget can’t edit because it comes straight from Disqus. However, you can hide it by adding following CSS to your theme:
.dsq-widget-meta { display:none; }
But it will remove the number of comments too.
Hi, I like your plugin but I set it up so it would show 4 items in the widget, but it only shows 2. No matter what I change this number into, I always only see 2 popular threads. Is there anything I can do to make it show more than 2?
Hi,
It happens when there aren’t enough posts on your site which recently received any comments. :)
